These buildings were made by ArtFX, for Dun Drum Town Centre Christmas Display. They wanted a range of prominent New York buildings made as bigatures (miniatures), Sacks, Broadway, Radiocity, Saks, James A. Farley Building, the Empire State Building & the One World Trade Center.  

We made 44x40(2x2) under structures which were skinned with lasercut birch ply layers. Then textured the facades before painting. The larger buildings, the Empire State Building & the One World Trade Center needed steel under structures due to the height and potential high winds where they were to be placed.
