These light sculptures were commissioned by the Armagh Observatory and a Planetarium, for an outdoor event.  These were to be large scale, the main spaceman was about 2.5m tall.

They were made with a steel under structure, a framework of interlocking lasercut birch ply and skinned in silk. And leds inside to light them up.
