In 2017 I worked with APE to make a mask for DJ MKSFT.

He wanted it to be inspired by comics and video games, to have the presence of Marshmello & Deamau5.

We made a rubrics cube shaped mask with EL wire & panels. They all run from an Arduino which pulses to the music. It also had to be light weight as not to interfere with his performance. As well as visibility being a key factor.

I was responsible for programming the Arduino to cause the EL wire & panels to pulse with the music. I also advised on the EL wire & panels as I had previous experience using it.
